Boxers are among some of the fittest athletes on the planet, with our NEW Box Forge class we aim to give you a taste of what it is like to train like a boxer in a safe controlled environment. Participants are encouraged to provide their own gloves for use on punch bags and for pad work. Step into the ring – “seconds out round one”.
